All in the Chimpanzee Family
Chimpanzees spend most of their days in the treetops of Central African forests. On the ground, they mostly travel on all fours, although they can walk upright for about a mile. They are very social animals with complex family groups; they take care of their children for years. Chimpanzees share about 98 percent of a human’s genes.
