Tropical Splendor of the Toco Toucan
The Toco toucan is the largest and most familiar kind of toucan and can be found in woodlands and savannas across South America, including Brazil, Argentina, and Peru. Mostly frugivores, their diet consists mainly of fruit and the occasional insect, egg, or small animal. Flying is not their forte, and they prefer to travel by hopping branch to branch.
