This group of women and children posed for an artistic photograph on the outcroppings of Minerva Terrace as they passed through the park. Minerva Terrace is centrally located in the Lower Terrace area of Mammoth Hot Springs. Note the ornate travertine formations that make this spring a favorite. Photographed ca. 1888 by F.
