Castle Geyser and Old Faithful Inn
This image shows people standing close to the Castle Geyser, likely the oldest geyser in the Upper Geyser Basin. It is still active, erupting today about every 10 to 12 hours. To the right of the geyser sits the Old Faithful Inn. Built in 1903 to 1904, it is now more than 90 years old. Photographed in 1905 by Cook Ely, hand tinted by Stanley R. Waine.
