The Native American man featured in this studio portrait is thought to be “Little Wound.” He holds a pistol. In addition to the quillwork and fringe on his jacket it is decorated with stars, eagles and American flags. Note the placement of horns (probably buffalo) and feather on his headdress. Photographed ca. 1935.
