Bryce Canyon, in southeastern Utah, has some of the most unusual rock formations in the world. They are called “hoodoos,” irregular rock spires that have been sculpted by millions of years of wind and water erosion. This photo was taken in the Bryce Amphitheater area, the most visited section of the park.
