The 'Akaka Falls are the longest unbroken waterfall in Hawaii, located in the 'Akaka Falls State Park on the Hāmākua Coast of the Big Island. This waterfall plunges about 442 feet into the Kolekole Stream below. It is surrounded by a rainforest mix of bamboo thickets and tropical plants.
