This promotional circus poster advertises John Robinson’s “Largest, Most Complete Menagerie on Earth.” The show featured the many animals that were part of Robinson’s circus business. Shown on the poster are mostly animals in cages, which is how they were transported, including giraffes, camels, elephants, a hippo, and more. This color lithograph was printed in 1898 by Courier Litho. Co. (LC-DIG-ppmsca-54939).
