This show poster was a promotional piece for William F. Cody’s famous Buffalo Bill’s Wild West show. It shows a battle between Buffalo Bill’s "Congress of Rough Riders of the World" (a performance group) and a squad of genuine Cuban insurgents. This color lithograph was published ca. 1898 by the Courier Litho. Co. (LC-DIG-ppmsca-54869).
