This theatrical poster advertised a play written by Anson P. Pond. It was a popular drama in the 1880s and drew crowds of people. It looked at themes of guilt, social class, and how these impacted families and individuals. This color lithograph was published ca. 1883 by the Strobridge Litho. Co. (LC-USZ6-444).
