This promotional poster advertises the Ada Forepaugh and Sells Brothers circus and shows bicycle riders on a tightrope. The Miraculous Melrosas were spectacular aerialists—daring bicycle trapeze and tightrope performers. This popular turn-of-the-century act was a big success, performed to the sound of gasps from the audience. This color lithograph was printed ca. 1900 by Courier Litho. Co. (LC-DIG-ppmsca-54916).
