This promotional circus poster shows trapeze artists Idaletta and Wallace flying through the air. The show, “The New Great Pacific,” was billed as “the most stupendous menagerie & circus ever organized.” Idaletta and Wallace were a popular trapeze pair who became well known for their daring mid-air acrobatics. This color lithograph was printed ca. 1895 by Strobridge Litho. Co. (LC-DIG-ppmsca-55045).
