Hagen Bros. 3-Ring Circus
This promotional circus poster advertises the Hagen Bros. 3-Ring Circus with the faces of two clowns and a firecracker between them. This was a truck-based circus that operated from 1949 to 1961 and was owned by Howard W. Suesz. Although called a “3-ring circus,” it was much smaller than the original three-ring circuses. This color lithograph was printed ca. 1905 by Globe Poster Corp. (LC-DIG-ppmsca-55038).
