Jaguar on the Prowl
Jaguars are the largest cats in North, Central, and South America. They weigh between 100 and 250 pounds. They measure up to six feet long, with long tails that add another three feet. Jaguars are good swimmers and hunt fish, turtles, and even larger reptiles in addition to deer and other land animals. They live alone and are very territorial.
