Slow lorises are small, nocturnal primates with big eyes. They live mainly in the trees of tropical rainforests and bamboo groves in South and Southeast Asia. Despite their cuteness, they are the world's only venomous primates and are even a danger to humans. These carnivores eat insects, small birds, and their eggs but also snack on tree gum, sap, nectar, and fruit.
