The delightful otter can be found on every continent but Antarctica and Australia. These aquatic mammals are small, with short ears and noses and long bodies and tails. Their fur is dense and waterproof with up to a million hairs per inch to keep them warm in the ofttimes cold water they swim in. They mainly eat fish and crustaceans.
